Chicken Breakfast Sausage
Have a hard time eating breakfast in the mornings? These Chicken Breakfast Sausages can be prepped ahead of time and just heated up on the go. I grated 2 hard boiled eggs, for extra protein, and topped with sausages and sugar free ketchup.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground organic chicken 
- 1 tsp ground sage 
- 1 tsp dried parsley 
- 1/2 tsp cumin 
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano 
- 1/2 tsp sea salt 
- 1/2 tsp pepper 
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 
- Form into sausage patties, around 8 or so. 
- Place patties on an oven safe sheet pan and place in oven. 
- Bake for around 20 minutes or until sausages reach internal temperature of at least 165 F. Enjoy!
