Pizza Pasta Bake
I love pizza and pasta but eating those all the time isn’t the best. This Pizza Pasta Bake has the flavors of both and only 11 g CARBS! The Healthy Noodles I used in this recipe are from Costco and are low carb noodles that are actually good. Make this as a meal prep for a few days or as a quick family dinner. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz (2 c Healthy Noodle Kibun brand) 
- 1/2 c sliced red onions 
- 1, 3.8 oz can sliced black olives 
- 1 c chopped pepperoni 
- 4 sun dried tomatoes, chopped 
- 1 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese 
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning 
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese 
- 2 tbsp tomato paste 
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425 F. 
- Add all ingredients to an oven safe dish. 
- Stir until combined. 
- Top with extra cheese.
