Holiday Chicken Sausage Hash
This hash is the easiest meal prep ever! Just add a few ingredients and you have a few meals prepped and ready for the week. Chicken sausage is so easy to use and in so many dishes and this one is no exception. Enjoy!!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken sausages 
- 1 container Holiday Vegetable Hash (Trader Joe's) 
- 1 tsp dried basil 
- 1 tsp dried oregano 
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated 
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425 F. 
- Toss hash on a greased sheet pan. 
- Dice chicken sausage and add to hash. 
- Make sure to mix all ingredients. 
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes. 
- Add hash to meal prep containers and sprinkle on parmesan cheese.
