Chocolate Coconut Protein Bites

INGREDIENTS
- 1 c old fashioned dry oats 
- 1/4 c cacao nibs 
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 
- 1 tsp ground fiber 
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed 
- 1 tsp honey 
- 3/4 c mixed nut butter 
- 1/2 c shredded unsweetened coconut 
PREPARATION
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Form into balls and roll in shredded coconut.
3. Keep refrigerated.
