Chocolate Raspberry Protein CAke Bites
Have a sweet tooth??? Then these Chocolate Raspberry Protein Cake Bites are just enough to fix that sweet tooth without all the guilt. With 3 g of protein and less than 1 g of sugar per bite, you can enjoy to treat yourself to these little sweet bites of heaven!

MACROS (per serving) CAL 76 PROTEIN 3 g FAT 5 g CARBS 4 g
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder 
- 1 tsp ground flax 
- 2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter 
- 1 tbsp Bulletproof MCT oil 
- 3.5 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk 
- 2 tsp gluten free almond flour 
- 2 tsp raspberry jam 
- cacao nibs and sliced coconut for toppings 
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400 F. 
- Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. 
- Do not over mix so batter does not get too thick. 
- Spoon 1 tsp of mixture in mini muffin pan. 
- Top each bite with 1/4 tsp raspberry jam. 
- Place in oven and bake for about 5 minutes. 
- Top with cacao nibs and sliced coconut.
