When My Health Started Feeling Different

After having my third child, I began experiencing health struggles that I couldn’t seem to overcome through diet and exercise alone.

I had experienced gestational diabetes during pregnancy, and afterward, I continued to struggle with blood sugar and what I understood to be insulin resistance. I felt inflamed, exhausted, and frustrated as the weight began to creep up.

As someone with a pharmacy background, I understood many of the health concepts involved. But experiencing these challenges personally was a different story.

I was trying to juggle motherhood, work, and everyday life while feeling like my body wasn’t responding the way I expected it to.

I knew I wanted to make a change, but I also wanted to understand the bigger picture.

I didn’t just want to lose weight. I wanted to feel better, have more energy, and prioritize my long-term health.
