Turemeric Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken noodle soup is a favorite of mine and always makes me feel good when I eat it. This Turmeric Chicken Noodle Soup is loaded with good for you foods like turmeric, ginger, carrots, and herbs. Make this savory soup as a lunch or dinner for a busy night or make ahead and have soup for meal preps for the week.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
- 2 c water 
- 2 frozen ginger cubes 
- 1 tsp dried thyme 
- 1 tsp turmeric 
- 1 tsp sea salt 
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper 
- 1 tsp ground sage 
- 1 tsp dried cilantro 
- 1 tbsp Irish butter 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- 1.5 c snack size carrots 
- 1/2 white onion 
- 2 garlic cloves 
- 2, 8 oz packages Healthy Noodle by Kibun (water drained) 
- 1 tsp dried cilantro for topping 
PREPARATION
- Add first 11 ingredients to an Instant Pot and cook on meat/stew setting for 35 minutes or until chicken is shredded. 
- While chicken cooks, chop onion, garlic, and carrots. 
- Add veggies and cook in Instant Pot for additional 10 minutes on meat/stew setting. 
- Once all has cooked, add noodles and stir soup. Add to bowl and top with dried cilantro.
