Sweet And Sour Chicken
Sweet and Sour Chicken is a favorite of mine and this version is not only full of sweet and spicy flavor, but good for you! If you want less carbs, just use cauliflower rice instead.

INGREDIENTS
- 2, 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
- 1 tsp olive oil 
- 1/2 jar Sweet Chili Sauce (Trader Joe’s) 
- 1 red bell pepper, diced 
- 3 garlic cloves, diced 
- 1 tsp EBTB seasoning 
PREPARATION
- Preheat sauté pan to high heat. 
- Dice chicken and set aside. 
- Drizzle olive oil in pan and once hot, add in diced garlic and bell peppers. 
- Cook for about 1 minute. 
- Toss chicken in pan and cook for about 5 minutes. 
- Add chili sauce and cook chicken until crispy and sauce has thickened. (Chicken should reach 165 F) 
- Add chicken to meal prep container with Jasmine rice and top with EBTB seasoning.
