Parmesan Crusted Chilean Sea Bass

INGREDIENTS
Sea Bass
- 2 Chilean sea bass filets (around 1 lb) 
- 1/2 c gluten free breadcrumbs 
- 1/4 c grated parmesan 
- 1 tsp dried cilantro 
- 1 tsp creole seasoning 
- 1/4 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp olive oil 
- coconut spray 
- 1 c fresh broccoli florets 
- 1 c sliced baby potatoes 
- 1 ear fresh corn on cob 
- extra parmesan & cilantro for topping 
PREPARATION
- Preheat air fryer to 400 F. 
- Dry fish with a paper towel and set aside. 
- Add breadcrumbs, parmesan, cilantro, creole seasoning, and salt to a bowl and mix together. 
- Drizzle olive oil on fish, then top fish with breadcrumb mixture and let sit for about 5 minutes. 
- Add potatoes, corn, and broccoli to air fryer while fish is sitting and cook for about 8 minutes. 
- Take out potatoes, corn, and broccoli. 
- Add fish to air fryer and cook for about 10 minutes or until internal temperature is around 140 F. 
- Cut corn off of cob. 
- Add half of ingredients to plate or meal prep container.
