Chimichurri
Chimichurri is an Argentine sauce used primarily on grilled meats and is oh so amazing! It is a blend of fresh herbs, spices, and olive oil. I love to add a little mint or basil to give this sauce a fresh flavor. This easy chimichurri recipe can be made ahead and is perfect to add a burst of flavor to any chicken, beef, fish or even vegetables. Have some leftover grilled chicken? Just drizzle this chimichurri on top and add a bunch of grilled vegetables and you have an easy and flavorful meal prep!
